Company Overview

EdanUSA was formed in 2009 to offer local service, training, and support for Edan equipment in the U.S. market. The company was started by a team of motivated innovators focused on improving access to quality medical equipment everywhere.

“We knew there was a large market for high quality equipment without a premium price and EdanUSA gave us a way to put that equipment into the hands of capable medical professionals all over the country,” says Tom Cassidy, CEO and Managing Partner.

Specifically, EdanUSA allows U.S. dealers to forgo large stocking requirements, prepayment, complicated logistics, long lead times and some of the other challenges found in dealing with international manufactures.  

We have two offices and a dozen employees located in San Diego, CA. We stock over one million dollars’ worth of inventory in our warehouse as well as spare parts for all of our diagnostic machines. This allows us to guarantee that we are a reliable, consistent brand that establishes strong relationships with our customers. We sell our equipment through our distribution network that consists of over 100 resellers across the United States. To keep the prices of our equipment lower than the competition, we do not have direct sales team.

Quality Commitment

At EdanUSA, we are committed to quality. All of our products come with a two year manufacturer’s warranty, with an on-site Customer Service Department and factory-trained Engineers that guarantee a 24-48 hour turn-time on any service or warranty issues. Each one of our products has FDA 510 (k) clearance, licenses issued by Health Canada, and the CE mark for approval. Our mission is to offer the highest quality diagnostic equipment that improves quality of care to patients, with customer pricing 30% ‐ 40% less than that of major U.S. competitors. At EdanUSA, we refuse to compromise on quality. We are committed to selling the best and most reliable equipment which we know translates into quality patient care.
